At The Shore Loch Lomond the safety and well-being of our visitors and staff is of utmost priority. With that in mind, we have introduced new procedures and heightened our already high levels of health & safety.

Principal Guidelines
Particular attention is placed on the following measures:
• Screening for COVID-19 symptoms
• Face coverings
• Social distancing
• Hand hygiene

What to Expect:

Screening for COVID-19 Symptoms
All persons arriving at The Shore will be asked to participate in a brief symptom questionnaire and temperature check. Anyone with symptoms or a temperature of 38° or above will be asked to leave the premises immediately and follow Government / Public Health guidelines.

Completion of the screening process is mandatory for any member of the public, employee or contractor.

Face Coverings
In line with Scottish Government guidelines, face coverings should be worn when visiting our premises. We would ask that you please wear a face covering upon arrival and throughout your visit to our venue.

We ensure that our staff wear face coverings at all times, for your safety and theirs. If you are visiting our onsite spa, then please be aware that you will be asked to wear a face covering upon arrival, as well as throughout your treatment. Our spa therapists will always be wearing face coverings, so that you can enjoy a safe and comfortable visit with peace of mind.

Social Distancing
At The Shore we will provide ample space so that you can host your event or meeting safely. You will be allocated a dedicated Event Manager who will plan all logistics with you to ensure full social distancing guidelines are adhered to and that there are no unnecessary risks.

Hand Hygiene

On arrival at The Shore you will be asked to sanitise your hands. We request that you sanitise your hands frequently during your visit. Our staff have strict hand hygiene protocols and wash their hands on a regular basis.
